This feature is designed for managing contact numbers. It allows you to create contact groups, upload a large number of contact numbers with options to filter and update contact details.

CONTACTS: Here you can view all the contact groups and update or delete contacts.

CONTACT AGENT(S): This feature allows admin to assign contact entry agents to populate your contact bank. The agents will see the contact bank button on their member account to input the contacts into the various group contacts.

CONTACT FORM ACCESS CODE: Just like the public registration code, the admin can create a contact access code and give to people to access the contact upload form to enter the contact numbers into the contact bank

CONTACT GROUPS:  This is where you create the contact groups to save the contacts into them.

CONNECT TO NSTACOM: Nstacom is an SMS and Voice Call system developed by click communication. This features allows admin to link the Contact Bank to the Nstacom platform to send Bulk SMS and Voice Call messages.

You must create nstacom account to merge it with the contact bank. Here on the Connect to Nstacom page, there is an option to generate a Contact Bank Account ID and configure it on the nstacom account to merge the two accounts. By merging the two, you can now access the contacts you saved on the Contact Bank at the nstacom account to send your messages.

This is to allow the user to use an alternative messaging platform in the event that the SMS and Voice Call platform on the plusdatabase is down. To create your nstacom account, go to https://app.nstacom.com/index.php/auth/register.

When you have created your nstacom account, login at https://app.nstacom.com/ and go to Profile Update to update your information to activate your account. You can merge the Contact Bank and nstacom accounts by copying the Contact Bank Account ID you generated and paste it in an input box at the profile Update page of the nstacom account.

MEMBER MAIL:

This feature allows you to send SMS, Voice Call, and Webmail (multimedia) messages to your registered members on the Plusdatabase.

Inbox: Here you can view all replied messages from members

Outbox: Here you can view all the messages you have sent out to members

Compose: Here you can compose your SMS, Voice, and Webmail messages, select the group or subgroup members you wish to send the message to.

CONTACT BOOK MAIL:

This feature allows you to send SMS, Voice Call, and Webmail (multimedia) messages to contacts you have saved in your Contact Bank ( public contacts).

Inbox: Here you can view all replied messages from Contact Bank recipients

Outbox: Here you can view all the messages you have sent out to contact bank numbers

Compose: Here you can compose your SMS, Voice, and Webmail messages, select the contact groups you wish to send the message to.

 PEER GROUP: This feature allows you to send Webmail (multimedia) messages to only your Admin users

CUSTOMER CARE:

This feature allows you to send Webmail (multimedia) messages to Click Communication, providers of Plusdatabase. We recommend that you use the WhatsApp button on your dashboard to send complaints to Click Communications for a prompt response to your concerns.

CREDIT: This is where you can purchase credit for your SMS, Voice, and Webmail messages on the Plusdatabase

 SMS ID: This is where you can create your default message ID for your SMS and Webmail messages on the Plusdatabase. The sender ID must be 11 characters and once you create it, it will display on the message page where you send the SMS, Voice, and Webmail message. You can always edit your default sender ID or Sender Name but it must be 11 characters.
